• A full registration is required for each accepted paper.
• The author registration due day is September 20, 2013.
• Only full registration includes the social event and banquet.
• Each extra social event and banquet ticket is NT$ 1,500.

Extra Page Fees for Regular Papers

• ATS'13 regular papers are allotted 6 pages free of charge. Each additional page beyond 6 pages is charge NT$ 3,750. A maximum of 2 additional pages is allowed.
• Pay for the extra page charges in the online registration system when you make the symposium registration.

VISA Application Assistance Fee (for China Delegates)

• 需要協助辦理入台許可證之大陸人士，請於註冊時選擇需要協辦入台許可證。
• 協辦費用新台幣 3000元，包含規費、文件郵寄費用與處理費。
• 請依照指示備妥文件，於九月二十六日前寄達主辦單位。

Registration Cancellation Policy

• All refunds/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by October 25, 2013.
• There will be an administration fee of NT$ 4,500 deducted from each refund.
